For many years, I have been focusing on success. I sacrificed today’s happiness for tomorrow’s success. I am so glad that I have met Tal and the Happiness Studies Academy, and learned how I can have both, so I am able to live a happier life and continue thriving for success.
Today, I am following my calling, to help individuals and organizations achieve both happiness and success. Learning from a great teacher, from the certificate program and the MA in Happiness Studies enables me to be a better leader, a better coach and trainer. I bring happiness into organizations and teams, applying what I have learned through coaching and training, helping organizations become wholebeing organizations, individuals achieve whole-person wellbeing and success. I am devoting my life to the Happiness Revolution, joining Tal to spread happiness to the world.
Three years ago, I made a transition from being a successful Canadian Bank Executive leading large National teams and significant business targets to become an Executive Coach. I work extensively with business leaders, coaches, mortgage and financial advisors.
The HSA course and our brilliant professor Dr. Tal Ben Shahar distill the vast ocean of Positive Psychology into practical and actionable ideas that I leverage to add value in my coaching practice! My clients benefit from enhanced Energy, Capacity, Performance and Productivity.
The HSA Institute is all about connection: Weekly Webinars, Retreats, Alumni & Business Club and of course a direct connection with the founders on a regular basis even for graduates are just a few examples that differentiate this fantastic institution!
