"1. What shifted for you during this training? I’m not new to yoga—it’s been my anchor for over a decade. What shifted for me was a deeper understanding and refinement of my practice. I began to see not just how to move, but why imbalances exist and how to address their root causes. It’s a heartful, mindful, and embodied practice—what yoga is truly meant to be. 2. How do you feel after a SPIRE Yoga session? I feel grounded and open at the same time. There’s a sense of alignment and spaciousness in my body that even changes the way I breathe. It’s more than physical relief—it’s a shift in my state of being, which is why I return to this practice every morning. 3. What would you say to someone you care about?
