Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) is a groundbreaking approach to pain relief that works by restoring balance to the body. Developed and taught by neuromuscular expert Lee Albert (also known as “The Magician”), IPT focuses on identifying and correcting muscular imbalances that often lead to chronic discomfort and restricted movement.

Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar is the co-founder of the Happiness Studies Academy
He earned his PhD in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University, where he taught two of the most popular courses in the university’s history: Positive Psychology and The Psychology of Leadership. Tal later taught Happiness Studies at Columbia University and currently leads the Master’s in Happiness Studies program at Centenary University.
In addition to his academic work, he is a certified yoga instructor and former national squash champion. His SPIRE model—spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional wellbeing—is at the core of the SPIRE Yoga curriculum.
