"SPIRE Yoga was a beautiful 14-week journey that not only transformed how I view, practice, and teach yoga, but also improved my overall posture and reduced my chronic pain. Learning about Integrated Positional Therapy was life-changing; I now have a better understanding of my body and how to balance it, as well as how to relieve pain immediately and for the long-term (since about 80% of our pain is due to muscle imbalances).
