Lindsiann Shi
Lindsiann Shi is a Chinese-American content creator based in New York City who explores life, meaning, happiness, and personal well-being through philosophical “visual essays.” With a distinctly Gen Z perspective, her work examines the pressures and possibilities of modern life, challenging quick-fix approaches to happiness and encouraging a deeper understanding of what it means to flourish. Drawing on ideas from psychology, philosophy, and her own lived experience, Lindsiann invites her audience to move beyond the pursuit of constant happiness and instead embrace the full range of human experience, including joy, struggle, uncertainty, and growth, as essential parts of feeling truly alive.

"I feel like a partner with HSA...excited to continue to grow and take on the challenges ahead as we change the world."
"In an effort to repair the damage in my heart, I began a journey to heal. I saw the course and it was a no-brainer- I signed up! The marriage between the lectures and the life journal was masterful. Knowing that it wasn't "homework" but, "me-search" was motivating. I "lived" the lectures, discovered new ways to approach my life and it also reinforced what I had already been doing. Tal was able to teach complex material in a way that was digestible. In fact, it wasn't until now, that I have realized how much I have been taught and how much holistic understanding I have of the material. He is a master and his love for this field is clear. He is humble and human and truly makes the student feel that we are on this journey together and that we are as important as he is to the course. As an alumna, I feel like a partner with HSA. I am excited to continue to grow and take on the challenges ahead as we change the world. Thank you for this gift. I look forward to the future and the adventures to come. The only conflict I graduate with is where to begin first?! I want to do it all- teach at schools, senior homes, seminars, build a happier center etc. I'll take one step at a time and it will unfold. I'm just glad that I have something more to offer our sad world. "

"Happiness is not a destination. It’s a journey that is worth pursuing. It is a choice we can make every day."
"Since I can remember, I have been deeply curious, eager to explore new ideas, emerging trends, and different ways of understanding the world. I enjoy learning, testing, and discovering, whether in fast-evolving technology or in more human-centered fields.
Last year, this curiosity led me to Happiness Studies, a discipline that immediately resonated with me. The core message, that happiness is the ultimate currency in the world, reflected what I had long been striving for, both personally and professionally.
I decided to embark on this journey, and I am grateful to have completed it as a Certified Happiness Trainer.
The past year has been deeply insightful and transformative. Through research-based tools and practical frameworks, I gained a clearer understanding of how I navigate challenges while remaining grounded and genuinely happy. These techniques are now part of my daily life, and they are tools I am committed to sharing with others.
I have already had the opportunity to bring this work into Accenture Luxembourg and Belgium as part of our internal wellbeing initiatives, which focus on wellbeing, belonging, and integrity. Recently, I delivered my first workshop in Brussels, introducing the Spiritual dimension of the SPIRE Wellbeing Model, centered on meaning, purpose, and present-moment awareness.
This is only the beginning. I look forward to continuing this journey and supporting others in living more fulfilling, purposeful, and happier lives. Happiness is not a destination. It is a journey, and a choice we can make every day."

“Don’t just live the day. Design it.”
“Receiving my Happiness Studies certification in Athens felt especially meaningful, in a place shaped by philosophers like Socrates, who reminded us to question our assumptions and examine the stories through which we experience life.
Perhaps that is where change begins. Not always in finding new answers, but in noticing the questions we are living through.
What is my mind designing right now?
Don’t just live the day. Design it.”
