"The classes have been truly beautiful, thoughtful, intentional, and nourishing."

"SPIRE Yoga has been a new and meaningful experience for me. It came into my life at a moment when I was open to learn, explore, and connect more deeply with myself.

Throughout the journey, I’ve learned so much, not only about movement, but about armony, anatomy, wellbeing, and to be in muscular balance. I’ve begun to understand how to relieve tension, prevent pain, and create a healthier relationship with my body.

The classes have been truly beautiful, thoughtful, intentional, and nourishing. I’ve allowed myself to move at my own pace, without pressure, which has made the experience even more meaningful.
Yoga has become something I really enjoy and very personal to me. And little by little, it is becoming a more meaningful part of who I am. Each practice feels more natural, more comfortable to me.
What I love most is how I feel after each practice or teaching: calm, at peace, happy and energized.
Thank you Tal, Tania and Lee!"

"SPIRE Yoga ... integrated wellbeing, self-awareness, and the study of pain-free anatomy."

"SPIRE Yoga was a beautiful 14-week journey that not only transformed how I view, practice, and teach yoga, but also improved my overall posture and reduced my chronic pain. Learning about Integrated Positional Therapy was life-changing; I now have a better understanding of my body and how to balance it, as well as how to relieve pain immediately and for the long-term (since about 80% of our pain is due to muscle imbalances). I've also unexpectedly been able to help many of my friends with their pain and am so excited to go on to help heal more. This approach to yoga is the wholistic approach that both returns us to the roots of yoga AND launches us into the future of what yoga can be. It's inspiring and gratifying."

"SPIRE Yoga is a healing system for modern life."

"1. What shifted for you during this training?
I’m not new to yoga—it’s been my anchor for over a decade. What shifted for me was a deeper understanding and refinement of my practice.
I began to see not just how to move, but why imbalances exist and how to address their root causes.
It’s a heartful, mindful, and embodied practice—what yoga is truly meant to be.

2. How do you feel after a SPIRE Yoga session?
I feel grounded and open at the same time.
There’s a sense of alignment and spaciousness in my body that even changes the way I breathe.
It’s more than physical relief—it’s a shift in my state of being, which is why I return to this practice every morning.

3. What would you say to someone you care about?
SPIRE Yoga is a healing system for modern life.
It restores what stress and sedentary living take away, while helping you carry a calmer, more connected state into daily life.
It meets you where you are, with adaptable postures—even short ones, like Magnificent Seven, you can integrate into your day.
For me, yoga is not a workout—it’s a “work in.” And SPIRE Yoga reflects that beautifully."

"SPIRE Yoga 14-week course was truly transformative"

"The SPIRE Yoga 12-week course was truly transformative. Through integrated positional therapy, yoga, and mind–body integration practices, I now carry the tools to move through life pain-free and with greater vitality. Tania’s wisdom, compassion, and safe guidance created space for both healing and growth, while the friendships formed within this community made the journey even richer. I treasure the yoga manual, the deeper understanding of anatomy, and the wealth of knowledge that will serve me for years to come. With a grateful heart—cheers to enlightenment. Hope to see SPIRE yoga offered at future HSA retreats as well. "

"Both programs are contributing beautifully"

"I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for this course. It is amazing. I am thrilled to be a part of this program. Each week I am excited to dive into the new material with anticipation. What Dr. Tal is teaching completely aligns with how I have been thinking and believing for the last ten years. This program lights me up and opens my mind to possibilities. It confirms how I have felt about the importance of the mind body connection. It also is not coincidental that I have just began my three year studies of somatic experiencing practitioner certification. Both programs are contributing beautifully to each other and I am confirmed that I am on the right track. I am currently a yoga therapist and I am so excited to see what is to come. Just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you!!!! With deepest gratitude"
